Selmon Greenway Master Plan Overview

The Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority (THEA) has developed the Selmon Greenway Master Plan to enhance the urban trail system beneath the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway. This initiative aims to improve safety, aesthetics, and connectivity for pedestrians and cyclists in downtown Tampa.
