How to View Meeting

Download the Zoom app on your laptop, desktop, smartphone or tablet. Click here to download Zoom. We highly encourage you to do this before the start of the meeting. Please, register for the meeting by clicking here.

Once you register for the meeting you, will be provided with the meeting link and phone numbers. You will also recive a confirmatino email witht he address you used to register with all the meeting details.

TO PHONE USERS:  If you can only join the meeting by phone we ask that you send an email to [email protected] with the phone number you will be using when dialing into the meeting on April 6th, so we can unmute your phone during the public comment session.

How to Provide Comment

This information is being requested to facilitate the audio conferencing process. The Chair will call on speakers by name in the order in which they have completed the online

Public Comment Form. Prioritization is on a first-come first-served basis.  An audio call-in number will be provided to participants that have completed the form after it is received by the County. All callers will be muted upon calling and will be unmuted in the submission order after being recognized by the Chair by name.  Up to three (3) minutes are allowed for each speaker.
