Selmon Expressway Ramp Closures

Tampa, Fla. (February 21, 2022) – The Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority (THEA) is conducting routine maintenance over the next two months at all our toll gantry sites. Nighttime intermittent lane closures will occur throughout this effort and some work will require full ramp closures to our facilities.

Please note the following upcoming full ramp closures that will occur during the evening from 8:30 pm to 5 am. Motorists are advised to drive with caution and follow detour signs.

Tuesday, February 22:

• Eastbound Selmon Expressway – Willow Avenue Entrance Ramp
• Westbound Selmon Expressway – Willow Avenue Exit Ramp

Thursday, February 24:

• Eastbound Selmon Expressway – Plant Avenue Entrance Ramp
• Westbound Selmon Expressway – Plant Avenue Exit Ramp

Motorists are advised that this maintenance work is subject to change due to weather and traffic conditions. The staff and crews of the Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority appreciate everyone’s patience during this time.
